About the Journal
The ICI Journal of Computational Intelligence (ICI-JCI) is an
international, peer-reviewed, open access journal published under the
academic initiative of the Institute of Computational Intelligence.
The journal provides a high-quality scholarly platform for researchers,
academicians, scientists, industry professionals, and doctoral scholars
to publish original research contributions in computational intelligence
and emerging technologies.
ICI-JCI welcomes theoretical, methodological, experimental, and
application-oriented research papers that contribute to Artificial
Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Intelligent Systems,
Smart Computing, and interdisciplinary computational applications.
The journal aims to promote technically rigorous, ethically prepared,
practically relevant, and globally impactful research outcomes.

Article Processing Charges
As part of the journal launch initiative, ICI-JCI currently does not
charge any Article Processing Charges (APC), submission fee,
publication fee, or online hosting fee.
All accepted articles will be published under open access availability
without publication charges during the inaugural publication cycle.

Author Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit original manuscripts prepared according to
the journal formatting guidelines. Submissions must clearly present the
research problem, methodology, results, discussion, contribution, and
references.
- Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- Similarity index should be within the acceptable journal policy.
- References must follow a consistent academic citation style.
- All figures and tables must be clear, numbered, and cited in text.
- Authors must disclose conflicts of interest, funding, and ethical approvals where applicable.
- Accepted papers must be revised according to reviewer and editorial comments.
